Trust and Estate Executive
Presently a student member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practioners (STEP), Carol is combining her extensive experience of Wills, Trust and Probate matters, gained as personal assistant to the firm’s former Senior Partner, with studying to obtain the STEP Diploma.
A member of the firm since 1994, Carol enjoys learning the Law behind the procedures with which she is so familiar, but her greatest pleasure comes from dealing with clients.
Carol deals with Probate and administration of estates, Attorneyships, Tax and Trusts, preparation of Wills and Enduring Powers of Attorney, provision of Inheritance Tax planning advice and Court of Protection work.
