Solicitor Michelle Prosser is based at our Chard office, where she assists partner, John Puddicombe, in all areas of the firm’s work.
A former case manager with the Crown Prosecution Service for 17 years, Michelle obtained her degree in Law with honours and Postgraduate Diploma with distinction from the University of Wolverhampton.
Michelle joined Scott Rowe in September 2006, working initially in the Axminster office to learn the firm’s procedures. In January 2007 she transferred to Chard, where she is really enjoying the variety of work in a busy branch office.
Specialising in Residential Property and particularly shared-ownership schemes and auction properties, Michelle has developed great local knowlege of the Somerset area, which really assists in ensuring transactions proceed smoothly and quickly.
Michelle is married with two small boys and enjoys gig rowing in her spare time.
