As Head of the firm’s Probate and elderly client departments, Terry Trott draws on the wide experience of all aspects of the Law gained as sole solicitor/partner at the Lyme Regis office since 1979, when he joined Scott Rowe, and with his previous firms since qualification as a solicitor in 1975.
Terry returned to his studies to obtain the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners’ Diploma in 2006 – probably the toughest examination he has ever taken, including his BSc degree and Law Society finals! Although now based in the Axminster office, Terry retains strong ties with the town of Lyme Regis, and still oversees our office in the town.
Now specialising in Wills, Probate, Trusts, Tax and elderly client advice, Terry retains his interest in conveyancing and other property-related work, particularly where this is part of providing a complete service to his clients.
