Solicitor
Tim Fearon qualified as a solicitor in 1977 and has specialised in litigation since then. He joined Scott Rowe in 2004. Tim is the head of our litigation team with responsibility for overseeing the development of the department, and has greatly increased the amount of work the firm now undertakes in this area.
Tim has been a member of APIL (Association of Personal Injury Lawyers) and the specialist Law Society Personal Injury Panel since 1990. He is also a member of the Law Society Dispute Resolution Section, and Resolution (formerly The Solicitors’ Family Law Association).
Based at the Axminster office, Tim deals with all types of litigation for the firm, arranging appointments at our Chard and Lyme Regis offices as required.
