Tina Bricknell joined Scott Rowe in April 2000, when Scott Rowe incorporated the solicitor's practice of S C Gardiner & Co. Tina had previously worked for Simon Gardiner since 1979.
Keen to develop her skills, Tina studied for the Institute of Legal Executives qualification, becoming a Fellow of the Institute in 2006, specialising in conveyancing.
Having principally taken over Simon Gardiner’s caseload on his retirement, Tina has successfully added to and built up a substantial client base of her own, dealing mainly with residential conveyancing, including re-mortgaging and equity release.
Forging strong relationships with local estate agents and financial advisors, Tina welcomes new instructions and is always willing to give a competitive quote.
