Cally Trenchard

Cally is a Residential Conveyancer and works in the Residential Property Department in our Chard office. She joined the firm in May 2022.

Cally studied with the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives whilst working within Conveyancing and qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in April 2017.

Cally specialises in all aspects of residential conveyancing including sales and purchases of both freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgages and transfers of equity.

In her spare time, you will find Cally spending time with her husband and young son and socialising with her family and friends.
