26 March 2008
Sara Welch, one of the firm's partners, will be stepping down from the partnership, as of 31st March. Sara has been with the firm for nearly 30 years, starting off as a secretary and working hard to qualify as a solicitor, which she acheived in 1991. She has forged many strong links both in the community and with individual clients, whom we know will miss the day to day contact with her.
Sara has recently focused more on the management side of the partnership and works especially closely with the trainee and newly qualified solicitors to give them guidance and the benefit of her experience.
Sara will be continuing with her training and mentoring role as a consultant for the firm, on a part time basis, so we will be seeing her cheery face around the offices for a while yet!
We wish her all the best in her new role and hope she makes the most of having more free time!
