Residential Conveyancing Legal Advisor

The Role:
You will take ownership of a varied caseload of residential property matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity. With the backing of an experienced Partner and a supportive team, you’ll deliver high-quality legal services to a diverse client base.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing your own caseload from instruction through to completion
- Advising clients on legal issues, costs and procedures
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, transfer deeds and other legal documents
- Conducting legal research and maintaining accurate case records
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other stakeholders
- Supporting business development initiatives and representing the firm at events
What We’re Looking For:
- Individual with 1+ years’ experience in residential conveyancing
- Strong technical knowledge of property law and conveyancing processes
- Ability to manage a busy caseload independently and efficiently
- Excellent communication, client care and organisational skills
- Proficiency in legal IT systems and case management software
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a keen eye for detail
