Gary Whitaker

Gary joined Scott Rowe in March 2022 and is a specialist in personal injury law.

With experience and expertise in claims involving road traffic accidents; fatal accidents, serious and catastrophic injury cases; industrial disease and asbestos related injuries; accidents at work; cycling accidents; injuries to children; claims brought under the Animals Act and highway tripping claims together with occupiers’ liability claims.

Gary also provides specialist legal advice in areas of commercial and civil disputes including but not limited to contractual disputes, partnership disputes,  debt recovery, land disputes, landlord and tenant matters, employment law and contentious probate claims.
