Good Divorce Week 2021 runs from 29 November to 5 December. It is an annual campaign by Resolution, a community of family law professionals, to reduce conflict during divorce and dissolution.
When any relationship breaks down, it will always be upsetting. It is no surprise that divorce is reckoned to be the second most stressful life event a person can experience.
Whilst few divorces can properly be described as “good”, we make it our mission at Scott Rowe to ensure that the legal side of your separation does not add unnecessarily to the emotional toll a relationship breakdown causes.
That is why we endeavour to reduce animosity wherever we can: be that referring you to out-of-court mediation, assisting with open and honest negotiations, or simply being there at the end of the phone when you have a concern. We will always help you make the best decisions to reach the best possible long-term outcome. If you are a parent, we will always put the best interests of your children first.
Our family solicitors, Carrie and Peter, are both members of Resolution and abide by its Code of Practice and Good Practice Guides. By choosing Scott Rowe to assist you during your separation, you can be certain that you will be treated with the respect you deserve.
